this is the best part of the report:

As for your comment on knowing viet WL, i can only say that guys cheong GL/JC and viet gal come to GL/JC to work. This is the 1st point of contact for sing-viet relationship. The gals being more receptive to the courtship make it more easy for guys to hook them up.
I doubt it is easy to go vietnam for a few days tour then hook up/get to know gals from normal walk of life and build on the relation. Maybe instead of going GL/JC, we can go to the private schools in Sillypore and start tackling the students
As for WL, there are good ones within the lot of bad eggs...
