For point (1), its very very normal. This may be due to their complicated lifestyle , thus when they get pregnant, they don't even know who is the father as they had damm a lot of partners.
There are damm a lot of single mothers in Vietnam. As for point (2), it really seems alien to me as my wife will never allow me to fuck other gals...
