Here is my observation , when I flew in by tiger airways.
Viet woman with baby in arms or kids in tow, - Confirmed let in
I noticed they just used thier green passport, there wasn't any green card (LTSVP) just chop passport and go, no need see marriage cert or whatever.
Family groups : also let in , Viet ladies with other members of the family , mother , aunty , younger female members and kids.
So any of you guys wanna bring your BX into singapore, here are some of the observation , provided the lady has not been in Singapore and working in the GL/JC/OT /KTV scene at anyone time.
I find that dressing and mannerisms are important too. Dressed decently like OL or student, walk n talk in proper manner appropriate to her status of OL or student.
