I think the 1st Wua mean "come over" "cross over"... actual vn word is "qua" .it pronouce as Wua ...
--> tui wua thi a kg = I come over yet u dun ......
e.g em qua singapore gap anh = I come over singapore meet u...
the 2nd wua in "Buon wua" = Buon qua (very sad)...qua = very, and it pronounce as "wa" or "wua" so sometime u will see vn ppl sms in "wa" or "wua"
e.g Met qua ("wua") = very tired
Mat Qua("wua") = very expensive
