personally i feel it is waste to money to fly SIA to HCMC. Try any budget airlines. Save the money for some other things to do in HCMC. It is a 1hr 45 min flight only.
you got a list of hotel from hurricane liao, so just call any to book/reserve the room. no need to book through internet and pay. pay when you check out. I pay by credit card for the rooms as I got no USD. I go out, I use dong.
