From HKIA, there is a direct bus service to HuangGang (皇岗/福田口岸站) via Lok Ma Chau (落馬洲)). During peak hours, the frequency is 30 Minutes for every departure. From Hong Kong - Kowloon. There is also a similar service which operate round the clock from Austin Road/Shanghai Street Junction (Near Jordan MTR Station) I have not tried it so unable to advise. All I know is the fare is much than the ride from HKIA. It cost only around HKD40.00 single trip to Huanggang (皇岗/福田口岸站). I have used Huanggang only a handful of times, this place is old and very chaotic, everybody seems to be very nervous/excited and walking very fast. Hong Konger seem to be more impatience than other Nationalities. Last to note about this checkpoint, when you travel by vehicle (Buses, mini-buses or cars) you go through here. For MTR/KCR (Trains) you go through Fu Tian (福田口岸站). These 2 causeway/bridges are about 1 Kilometer apart, crossing over Shenzhen River. Oh, train ride is 45 Minutes from Hung Hom Station and cost about HKD33.00 each way. *I live in Kowloon side, so unable to advise the pick-up point at HKG Island*
In summary, there are so many ways to get from Hong Kong to ShenZhen, all these transportation caters to all, affordable and convenient. Transport network in Hong Kong is afterall very good.

Hope to meet up with you this trip. However I'm only free on 21st Jul night onwards. I saw your plan for sauna visit in Feng Gang Town, Dong Guan. Unfortunately it takes too much effort and time to just visit this sauna unless I happen to pass by there. There're many cheaper and good quality sauna options available in Fu Tian (SZ) and Gong Bei (ZH).
