Just follow my method which i had suggested in earlier posts. Ask the waiter to pass a note with your number.
Of course you can include like hello or your name or whatever greetings. She may call you on the spot or even sms u.
If you are lucky she might just walked over to your table. Even if she rejected u, at least its between u and her only.
Sometimes its only after a few days and she will call u. Maybe some tactics? Good luck on your adventure in public places
