There are many people going to HCMC every day including in the whole month of Novemeber 2009. However, you did not specify your dates, so how do expect people to reply?
As somebody has suggested before, maybe you might try to make the effort to meet up with some brothers in their outings in singapore first, then if they find that you are ok, they might want to meet up with you in HCMC as their trip there is always packed with wonderful activities.
