i think most brother's wives need the LTSVP. After ROM, it doesn't ensure that their viet spouse can stay in Singapore. PR takes 3 to 6 months for approval, if never apply for LTSVP, how to stay in Singapore while they wait for PR application results? TTTH has student pass during that time, so can stay. For others, LTSVP is necessary
