well, from what I encounter:
viet: tip $10 - $20
thai: lady drink tequila @ $12 or tip
philipino: lady drink heineken or stout small bottle @ $20 or tip.
If want pok pok... viet is easiest as guess they are instant and freelance..
thai and philipino takes time... (inside story go find out yourself)...
