Bro cheapest way is to buy from KAHA. One counter at Btm Centre ferry terminal, one at Batu Ampar / Habor Bay and one in front of Harmony Hotel. If you book a taxi, which is around Rp 300k per day, better to get voucher from KAHA first before check in. Amount is quite substantial. Worse if walk in.
