If you feel bad abt it, just confess to your GOD. If to your pastor / leader in church will lead to eventual spread of this thing. I think it will not be necessary to tell your wife. do you tell your wife if you bio a lady on the street today? she will jump at you & you will feel that you shouldn't have say anything about it in the first place.
Do not think of suppressing it. Coz it will be clamping it down like a volcano, erupting one day when your mind is weak. treat children as your children's/nieces friends, divert your attention to the adult ladies. still bioing but on the acceptable age group. Its all about adjusting mindset.
