Re: Understanding Vietnamese Life Partner
It seems like there's frequent changes in ICA rules. Just a couple of months ago, there's still a section where `next of kin' of Singapore Citizens / PRS can apply for up to 90 days stay, but it seems that its not valid now.
Got this from ICA website:
Application for Long Term Visit Pass
•Visitors Seeking Employment in Singapore (Long Term)
•Visitor Seeking Long Term Stay to explore business opportunities/ conduct feasibility studies/ business negotiation in Singapore
•Female Visitor Whose Child/Grandchild Is Studying in Singapore On A Student's Pass
•Visitor Seeking Permission To Deliver A Child In Singapore
•Visitor Whose Spouse Is A Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
•Visitor (below 21 years old) Whose Parent Is A Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
•Visitor Whose Child (above the age of 21 years old) is a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
•Visitor Seeking Long Term Stay
