Maybe this sms is indeed for another guy called Nhoc, and she just lie to you because she didn't want you to find out she has another guy. Don't you think this is more likely?
Another possibility is that your name is somehow pronouced like Nhoc in Tieng Viet. My name also appears in various forms in their sms.
