Its very common for vietnamese to have a few numbers, as all these numbers are pre-paid SIM cards. But the main thing here is that she actually disappeared for a few days without letting you know. The next is giving you a stupid reason. Basically she treats you like a fool. What i will guess is that she went for a few nights of fun in the province with either viet-kieu or foreigner, thus the phone was off. Forget about her. And about break-up, i don't think she really started off a so-called relationship with you also, so its not a breakup. I will guess you are still very young.
