Tomcat007, haha... i see! Most of the time, I gotten those that can speak english or chinese. Recent one can only speak n sms viet. I figure it out that I had better pick up the language to make life easier.

Normally, when you managed to get one that can speak and sms English, the temptation is that you will just keep talking / smsing her in English. It's only when you kenna one that is monolingual then you really feel the need to pick up on TV. Some of those I cheong with feel that it should be the other way round, i.e. the VBs should be learning our language instead of us learning theirs. And in the end, I kenna criticized as being "hao lian", know a bit and want to show off.

For me, I feel it's a 2-way traffic lah. If you can talk their language, sometimes can get closer to them vs other bros.
