Joking sense, just means that "why are you so free"/"why do you waste much your time?"
You will find the synonym "rảnh hơi", "rỗi hơi", "dư hơi", "thừa hơi"... But all of them, including ranh doi, are negative meanings.

My ex, half of being trapped and half of being threatened (i.e. blackmail), has being given more than half of bil to a whore.
