I wonder how come the operators here can operate with impunity when the govt offices (e.g. Attorney Generals Chambers) are on the higher floors and supreme court is just next door. Maybe the learned Judges, JLCs, DPPs, ARs, Registrar, CJ, AG, SG all need some relief once in a while too. To be fair, superficial raids are carried out once in a while, when rivals complain against each other.
