RWS got some funny croupiers.. heard from a fren when he played blackjack, the dealer asked him to open his cards b4 reaching for the 3rd card.. dealer had only 2 card in hand.. so cocky man..

That is so true, I am also wondering why is there such a phenomenal ... Genting's dealers almost 80% that I encountered got cocky and "I look down upon you with an unfriendly face" kind of attitude, especially their lady croupiers - very uptight.
I have been to many Casinos in other Western countries, even one in Philippines, their croupiers' service attitude is much better than Genting group's.
