BTW, remember you ask about the spotlight in NPW. Ytd. I ask the manager. He dell me. Its a cummunity service by NPW woh. Thats why the spotlight is not switch on all the time. Upon request only.
1.) Becos sometimes ppl complain cannot see products clearly so lights is switch on upon request.(for CK purpose)
2.) Can be request to be switch on , scare seniors might slip and fell when walking to the entrance door to heavenly cheong. ( Safety Purpose.)
3.) Like real life,when the water sprinkler is switch off, the spotlight is then on. Like Sunshine comes after the rain.(Eco-Friendly)
4.) Whenever there is a fight, snatch thief incident or a cheongster dun pay up , the spotlight is switch on to help search for the target.(Crime Prevention service)
