Tools - Internet Options - Connections - Lan Settings - Check the “Use a proxy server...” button - Under HTTP box, type: proxy.singnet.com.sg and under the port number, type: 8080 - OK and restart IE.
2) FireFox
Tools - Option - Advanced - Network - Settings - Check the “Manual Proxy Configuration” button - Under HTTP box, type: proxy.singnet.com.sg and under the port number, type: 8080 - OK and restart Firefox.
