Regarding non-consummation of marriage, if the spouse cannot hold his erection and therefore cannot "complete" the sexual intercourse, can the marriage be successfully annulled on the grounds of non-consummation?

My friend's wife is trying for this on him. It is true that he can't hold his erection... Will the wife succeed in annuling?
