However, the info I heard is based on the following: firstly, the vivo area is built to cater the visitors from cruise. and I do not know how many from Riau Islands take ferries to go there to "donate", I don't think the number of visitor from riau island is significant. Also, those rich rich businessmen and rich tai tai from Indo bonk land should be quite "Atas", hence take air transport. Also's also, I think that ferries is kind of low class.
