WashDC: Havana is in Greenbelt - so just take a taxi to Greenbelt and saunter there till to reach Havana
You can't miss it - just next to the Starbuck / Chicago Coffee ..
Taxi guy will not know Havana @ Greenbelt, they will take you to the Havana @ Malate which is a world apart... in terms of talent and everything ..
LA Cafe - is at MH Del Pilar - that needs a cab ..
PS: I noticed that possibly it is your first visit : Greenbelt is a collection of Shopping centers - all inter connected - GB 1, 2 3 .. and also connected to Glorietta and Landmark .. etc.
Take some time to go about .. and anyway, Makati is cleaner than the rest of Manila - so you can walk a bit relaxed .. but still cover your six-O-clock as you never know who has decided to show some 'love' to you ..
