She does not want a man who does not earn much. She just wants a man who can provide enough for himself and her and a small family in future. She does not want her future husband to provide any financial assistance to her family in Vietnam.

Do you think Vietnamese women are willing to accept Malay / Indian guys? How about if Singapore Chinese man is able to accept Malay / Indian woman or not? A majority will not be able to accept that. Although her religion is Buddhist, she is open to Catholic faith. Protestant religion is no no.
6) Willing to learn some basic Vietnamese to communicate with her. She is willing to learn English.
Is this hard? She mentioned that she is more than willing to learn advanced English for communication. Currently, her level of English is basic.
7) No toying with her, two-timing her and wasting her time.
What do you guys think if any woman will toy and two-time him?
I forgot to mention that
she is not WL or FL at all. She is a decent woman. Also, she came to Singapore only 1 time to visit my wife and my kid for a few days. Oh, her height is 1.54m and weighs 43kg.
I think these conditions are not unreasonable. Moreover, my sister-in-law did not even request for the guy to be very handsome as a condition.
