Being financially stable doesn't mean you need to earn a lot, but it simply means basic needs are well taken care of. Viet gals tend to have lower expectations relative to local gals, but financial stability is quite a must too. But a person's career may meet with challenges sometimes and I m sure your viet spouse will understand if you explain to her. But financial instability due to laziness or unrealistic ambitions will be mostly untolerated by your spouse after some time. Who wants to marry a foreigner and end up with a life more difficult than in Vietnam ?
