Does any bro know a cheaper way to make call to HCMC? I've ony been there twice, not so familiar with it. Gf (not official yet) went back for new year , gotta call her.

My brief of story:
Met her at KTV 6 monts back, have been her regular ever since. Kinda like her so asked her out for dinner few times. She asks me to look for her when she goes back, saying will bring me play around, haha. Saw one familiar place mentioned in this post 'Vung Tau' which she says will bring me to, hehe.

This thread is just so useful for us, thanks for all the advice.
