haha!!! never change money at airports, seaports anywhere in the world..may be change a little for taxi...at ports or shopping malls, batam. you will lose at least 10000rp for S$100...anyway, to some bros here it is peanuts smaller than nipples, hehe!!
but it is a matter of principle...why pay more? but you must have time..ah pek has plenty of time...haha!!!
