Jai yen yen.... Physically, BlueDragon192 is in BKK maybe once a month, guess BlueDragon193 got the rates either online or from his friend in BKK and furthermore rates changes fast daily.
Anyway, a small sum if u change 1000, u only lose out (23.92-23.74) X 1000 abt 180THB.
This is why even I stay in BKK, I dun go around looking for best rates. I always once a month change a few thousands SGD from UOB opp my apartment. I find it funny, some because of few hundreds or few bahts, go around the banks look for the best rates every days....
The effort n transportation is more costly.
