For MBC, during LA Cafe days, it is opened 24 hours, not sure about today. I had been there as early as 2-3pm in the afternoon, stayed until until 5am. There are girls around.
To get a FL to ON with you for 1,500 pesos, you can try at MBC lower level, if you do not mind the quality. I believe, most will quote you about 1,500 pesos for ST, 2,000 pesos for ON. Those at 2nd level (better quality ones) is asking for 3,000 pesos (unless they are from 1st level who occassionally goes up to 2nd level to hunt for customers).

So to me the term "same money" = P1000 to get a girl to take you places only and NOT overnight.

My experience tells me that Havana FL charges higher than MBC. For ON alone, so far they ask for a minimum 3,000 pesos. Havana generally caters for different crowd, mainly those staying around Makati area at higher class hotels and apartments, who are more willing to pay, get their target girl (and also their friends) drinks, maybe food, and smoke pipes....for a good time bonk ON.
I have seen Havana girls that stay with the guy and be their guide and companion, for few days. However, they get extras, and the guy would bring them out to resturants, shopping, etc in Greenbelt, MOA, etc, which costs more than Mabini, Ermita area.
Fyi, I do sometimes see some of the MBC FLs (those at 2nd level) in Havana as well.
I do know of Havana girls that are really studying or working in office during the day, but there to supplement their income. There are occasions I got free bonks, but there were non-working girls there for good time that I luckily get to know them and hooked up. They become more of friends (more like FB) instead.

So the above is point by point answer to your questions. Now you know the price....and you have your budget......so please know where to head to if you have limited budget. It also applies to me thats why I do not go Pegasus, EA, Classmates, etc that is out of my daily budget.
We sometimes do not need to hear from girls who talk about guys being Cheap Charlies....in my case, feel "malu" for fellow Singaporeans, especially when I am a regular in Havana ! b
