Kam Seng (along the side lane after Hotel Jayakarta) - hongkong styled porridge, comes with freshly make fried yew char kue. Pork available.
Teochew Porridge - Along Lokasari Road, sells teochew styled porridge with kam chye, salted eggs, gong bak. Fried oysters is available. The oysters super big. Pigs blood and pigs tongue, ears all available.
Ta Chia - Singapore styled bak kut teh without the strong herbs. next to hotel Jayakarta. Pigs legs available.
Wanton Mee - side lane on the left facing Gajah Mada. Just 200m from the Lokasari / Hayam Muruk traffic lights. Wanton very big but nice. The extra ingredient is the fired pig lard added to the noodles that make the dish very shiok.
