if he can afford the second scenario, even the viet gals from the upper class don't mind marrying him. The above-mentioned is what I know for many tais tais......
my only approach to viet girlfriends is this:
(1) ALWAYS ACT POOR
(2) always be willing to help, but heart willing, body weak...aka no money
(3) even if really help or give $$$, always pretend need to take loan or borrow $$$ to help
