To keep things simple and to maximise exposure with different ladies, I would recommend regular visits to the licensed WLs in Geylang. As far as I know, there aren't any issues with the WLs rejecting caucasians. Do note that, however, there is a slight premium to pay for non-locals. For instance, instead of $50 for 25-30 minutes with a Thai WL, you will be likely be charged $80 for 45 minutes.
