PM me ... I haven't been to Cebu, but got some contacts there, and from what everybody say, Cebu is a nice place, and not much in terms of worries .. and cebuanas are hot anyway, something to do with Megallen (dunno he screw all the cebu girls, or just they turn up fairer)
