Cebu island is more like lay back place and less develop than Manila cities. However the traffic in Cebu city can be quite a headache. You can find some nice resorts on Mactan island for your hornymoon. There is one SM only and Ayala mall there for you to do dating with your contacts.
Not only cebuanas, basically pinay are hot. Filipino and Malay have similar complexion, those fair and good looking one are usually mix.
