From past experience I know of, gals there( poor family) sometimes sells their V to a rich man, and from there, she gets passed down from men to men, and eventually a WL for the common. One case I know start from age of 14, my friend feed her for a few months, and later got tired of her, and she was going around working as a WL, sometimes they do it for the pills( estacy), where the rich man will supply to them as long as they are willing to sleep with them. Gals over the age of 20 are considered old liao in Jakarta.
Some lucky ones got someone to bao them for some years, one of my friend even had a kid with a WL, and he even pass on to a friend of his, later. The kid stay with the mum, but I am not sure if the kid is his or not. Such tales are common and some of the men are not local, who are into such acts. I know a few, whom are not locals, and they can be from China, Taiwan, Japan or even korea.
WL there, once got squeezed from the market there, will go elsewhere to work, sometimes hoping to get some men who will pay for their housing or be with them until such time. 99% of the time, the outcome is the same. Batam is one of the last stop before they stop working, as Batam pays higher than other places for sex, compared rural areas. No thanks to samsters from this region.
