in true indo style, the local govt has isuued operating permits/license for them...the police and various yayasan are trying their best to close them...few weeks back there were demos and the police has rounded-up some gamers...but it seems they are still in business abet a little low profile...
guess it a better bet to splurge on booze n ceweks then trying to wrestle with a machine...
