But staying on point, try this the next time a hot chick happens to keep stepping on your heels:

'If you're going to keep stalking me, it's only fair that you tell me your name.'

Simple, surprising, spontaneous, and straight to the point (alliteration unintended). Now, it's possible to go for something more salacious like '... it's only fair that you tell me your number/buy me a drink/go on a date with me', but that's upping the ante quite some, and would depend on your confidence, looks and chutzpah. Obviously, there's an infinite number of things you could say, but it's handy to have a few safeish lines at the ready to fire from the hip when the situation calls for it.
