I have not compare changing SGD to VND at the same day for 2 different cities. Definitely there will good and bad rates in different cities different shops.

The rates are the same for both hanoi and hcmc if u know where to go and change. The street naemlo mentioned is Ha Trung. But things has changed a bit....they only change for people they know.
