Most of the EDSA and Burgos bars have very dim lighting - hard to tell sometimes if they are fair or dark skin
Plus their make up is super thick, gets a bit tricky. Personally have been "smoked" a few times.
Prefer to choose at places with brighter lights - MBC (near the pool tables or the main bar), KTV lounges with aquarium or DIA ask them out during the daytime.
But then again, once the lights are out it's all the same ...
