Think you can actually "club hop" along Roxas boulevard. Did that once when I was bored and it was kinda late.
Just ask the cabbie to wait, you pop in, just ask to look / see at the aquarium, if nothing, pop out then ask him to drive you to the next one.
The managers are usually quite ok with letting you take a look for most, though I think Asian Entertainment Network maybe a little sticky, just talk to them and say you wanna take a look to see if got nice chick that you will like.
Managed to hop to I think 3 clubs that way along Roxas blvd, in the end... i went to MBC, was a pretty slow night
