Go to golden mile. there's a lady there that helps thai people looking for work. of course she charges for services. charges im not sure. or you can ask the girl to check out sing thai forum. its a forum for the thai community in singapore.
just to share, mostly would be waitress at thai restaurants, or servers in thai discos.
my friend's wife found a waitress job through the singthai forum on work permit.
