You are not being kay po, you are being helpful..now that very good.
But just becuase you spend 200rmb on food each day you should not assume others will spend the same. Otherwise you might slight many Tikors and CashKings (not referring to adiddas). ..now that not very good.

Ok share with you a very cheap place for food.
Star city shopping centre very near LQD hotel. Behind the shopping centre there is a place sort like our local coffee shop....open 24 hours.
There they will rooast goose on the spot using lychee wood.
Most of the time they have promotion for beer at 3 big bottle @10RMB only.
Now maybe you can lower what u spend on food per day to my level of about 100RMB.
Of course cheapest if you eat with FGG...as he will alway foot the bills.

Yeah, visited Venice twice. First time was very good. But second visit was not that lucky. As I normally stay at CA centre, Venice is a little out of the way.
