As mentioned by another. Why will he wants to invest?? How long and close they are? Does he knows her well? Lastly, I still dun understand how SG men think. Although SG men might be rich but
why will someone invest in property which he has no share to it? 
I have a friend who invested more than 50k to a new house n new furniture, even air con the whole house but end of the day, the house still belong to another person. The worst, the ger n him broke off shortly after. My friend lost heart n money. The ger proudly won a new fully furnished house and 1 of the better house in the village.
