Cheap cheap...really how cheap...if 10-15k is not alot of money...end of the day the money is still with the ger...he may not even get to see the house when he was ditched and conned...dun think he even knew what's going on when he passed over the money...everything can be staged...ie. house, owner, landlord or seller, builder, etc...
