Actually I see your point of view.. Ca strip ktv is best for friends who already know each other or have similar mind frame. Not all can accept seeing the girls the pick to be seen and touch by others. Imagine if in a group when all the girls a naked except for one couple cuddling away in a corner.. That's gonna be very weird and out of place isn't it?
Maybe simply put different guys different strokes...
