To be fair to the windsor ktv girl (pertamah), my frd got a few good girl there, think its an hit or miss thing, but then my frd say balai girl are more demure and nice, pretty and cheap. but there are chinese-like girl in pertamah. maybe girl from KTV and massage palour has different expectation.
