bro,the rental over there is not cheap,can easily more than 2500 usd per month.
Thats why i say,some local go there is to be seen and not go there to drink or eat cos i dont think there is anything nice overe there according to their vietnamese taste
some ang mo teacher who teach there like to go there and hang around.But most teacher is cannot find job in their own country then go there to teach and some qualification is like shit but as long as is ang mo,normal vietnamese will think is great that their children is teach by them
