Hi to all seasoned bro

I need some advice so as how to proceed.

My wife has her LTSVP approved in Feburary 2011. Later in June i applied PR for her (first time). Recently, I received ICA letter , saying her application is rejected.

Now my wife is three months pregreant , so all the doctors consultations, medicines, and giving birth next year here in singapore is costing me a bomb.

She cannot receive subsided rate ( pay foreigner rates), quite siong $$ for me..

how shall i expendidte her PR status from here now? Is there any alternative ways to plead with ICA?
