as bro machoman stated earlier, that particular team's manager's "i'd luv it" during a tv interview has now become an infamous quote.

another infamous quote i remember is :"you'll never win anything with kids." quipped a tv commentator on sir alex's decision to play his fledgings beckham, giggs, the neville bros, butt, and scholes. needless to say, he was made to eat his words as united went on to win the league title that year.
